Understanding The News and Evalution

little intro

Today, I receive news from everywhere. A lot of them are coming through word of mouth and can be shared only through this level. it is my own business with this person with whom I share this. Not yours! Like if I decide to make thing public in XXI century, I do it on purpose. I am sending you a message; to all of you.
Sometimes it is hard to understand a message because it is vague, not clear, it's delivered in different language and  you just do not know it. Then message has some supporting material like semiotics [a study of signs], just pictures and sounds, so you still can get the meaning of it and good designer knows how to deliver this using his/her tools, not talking!!

Stop talkn' and start doin'

little info

Basically our brain need six answers  to the six simple questions to get initial [literal, realistic] meaning of it.

Says WHAT? [Message]
Says WHY? [Identification]
Says TO WHOM? [Target group vs. Receiver groups]
Says WHEN AND WHERE? [Situation, Place, Time ]
Says HOW? [Feasible material of the message]

If you got all answers in first five lines of the article or movie or poster or whatever sends an message, you can decide to not read the rest. You already got what you need! Why we should waste our time on the rest?! It’s up to you to follow the artist, [s]he already give valuable information. Thanks to the article, that you are aware now. The first rule of communication is to sketch before fetch.

Trend Pyramid

The pyramid above shows how our cultures have developed over the years. Right now we’re on top of it. Some of us are still coming to the ground of the pyramid. These people are usually called ‘old school’ people. It is up to you where do you want to be.

Cheers!
